We lecture to the risings stars of the food world at major culinary institutions, luxury ingredient minded attendees of cooking schools and we conduct caviar seminars at major food and wine festivals around the country.

Caviar and Vodka Cocktail Revolution

There may not be a greater food and drink love affair then the one between vodka & caviar! So you think all vodka is the same? That any vodka will pair equally well with every caviar? Think again. On April 5th, 2013 Tony Abou-Ganim, The Modern Mixologist and CCC founder Deborah Keane took the audience through an enlightened trip into the world of vodka and caviar. Does Swedish vodka made from wheat pair best with California white sturgeon? Would a Polish rye vodka best enhance Russian Osetra? Perhaps corn based domestic vodka will work best with a domestic Paddlefish? Whatever your favorite match is this was an entertaining journey into the enjoyment of two of life’s simple pleasures!

Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival Lecture (2011)

After a successful partnership as co-panelist at The Breakfast of Champions seminar earlier in the year at the 2011 Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival, our Founder and CEO Deborah Keane once again sat on a panel with Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson. Together they talked about the amazing pairings of various wines and how they complement and enhance the taste of caviar.

NapaStyle (2011)

Our Culinary Director Stephanie Gott was asked to conduct a seminar in the kitchen of Michael Chiarello's Napa-based food and lifestyle store, NapaStyle. Steps from his legendary restaurant Bottega, Stephanie was proud to educate the attendees on the qualities to look for in caviar and lead them in creating a signature dish using our products.

DeGustibus Cooking School (2010)

The famed DeGustibus Cooking School located inside Macy’s Herald Square in New York City invited Deborah Keane, CEO of California Caviar Company to give a lecture on caviar. Chef Christopher Lee of Arial created an amazing menu highlighting the caviar.
