There are many different types of caviar
with many different flavor profiles and textures. We always
recommend serving caviar simply to allow for the individual
characteristics to shine. For this, blini or softly toasted
brioche with either crème fraiche or high quality
butter is perfect. If you're feeling adventurous though,
